  • Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Codependency/Attachment
  • PTSD/CPTSD/Trauma

  • Sexual Assault
  • Chronic Illness/Pain

Sometimes you just want someone to listen.

Sometimes you need someone to help.

We can do both.

Access one-on-one clinical counseling with professional, compassionate licensed therapists.

A typical therapy session lasts approximately 45 – 60 minutes. In the first session, your therapist obtains information about your background, reason for seeking treatment, and personal goals and needs. The number and frequency of additional sessions depends on many factors and will be discussed in this first visit (or post-visit with the parent or guardian of a client that is a minor).

Wellness Center Therapy Partners

Jamie Pagano brings a well-rounded and relevant background of experience in his application of treatment and care for our children and our family. He strikes a perfect balance between nurturing support and firm accountability, and knows when to apply each. He has been and continues to be a lifeline with whom our child and our family have been able to cultivate a strong foundation and partnership in our individual and collective growth.

The amount I've grown since my first session is something I am pretty proud of, and I know I couldn't have done it without my therapist's help. Now I understand and am able to address my codependency and anxiety, and I leave every single session feeling better - even when I know I have some work to do.

ClientNaperville

My daughter began seeing Jameson in 2016 while she was experiencing personal crisis on multiple levels. He was able to meet her where she was and untangle a seriously complicated mental health smorgasbord, when we initially only sought him out as a gender specialist.

I have been seeing Jamie Pagano for many years now, and he is without question the most understanding, compassionate and easy to talk to therapist I have ever had. Therapy sessions can feel casual and laid-back when they need to be, and serious when they need to be. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

ClientOswego

My youngest sees Jameson and the relationship has been exceptional. With family sessions factored in, our entire family unit has grown closer in awareness, empathy, and moving forward making long-term and big picture healthier choices.

13 out of 10 would recommend. I personally have found this group of therapists to be especially adept at gender, autism, addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, high intelligence/low ADLs and depression.

We see everyone as an individual with unique experiences.

Your developmental, cultural and life experiences are distinctly yours. They affect the way you feel, how you relate to others, your cognitions and your patterns of behavior.

We provide a facilitative relationship that integrates an understanding of your experiences, interests and concerns with foundational cognitive behavioral and client-centered therapeutic methods.

In this environment, our goal is for you to access the vast resources already present within yourself for self understanding and personal growth, and to draw upon these resources for short and long-term relief and stability.

Our peer and clinical groups offer a safe space to share with others who understand.

Partners in Pride® offers clinical and peer-based support groups, and tailors them to the ongoing needs of our clients. These groups are never advertised, to protect the safety and anonymity of our clients and community.

We often welcome other therapists’ clients into these groups. To find out more information about our current group offerings, please contact us.
